                                            Frequently Asked Questions For The Banquet:

  • Can I buy tickets at the door?
Because it is a seated dinner, we need to know the number of guests in advance of the Banquet and so are not able to sell tickets at the door.  Tickets will be available for purchase through September 27th.  After September 27, please call us at 972.379.7450 to see if there are any openings.

  • Can I sit with my group?
​If you desire to be seated with another couple or have your table located next to another person's table, you may indicate in the comment box and we will comply with your request to the best of our ability.  For example, if 5 couples are paying individually but wish to be seated together, then come up with a group name and have each couple indicate that they wish to sit with "The Brown Family". 

  • Can I pay by check?
Yes, you may pay by check. Click here for a printable form you can mail:
  
  • Can I bring small children?
Unfortunately, we will have no “kid-friendly” activities available to keep small children entertained as the banquet is geared for adults and alcohol will be served.

  • Can I order a Vegan meal?
Yes, the venue will accommodate a variety of dietary needs. When completing the order form, please note next to the guest’s name “Vegan or gluten free”

  • Can I just make a donation?
Absolutely.  Just click here.

  • Can I purchase a ticket for someone else?
Yes. On the order page, simply put the name of the person attending in the “List Guest Names Below” box.

  • Can I donate an item to the Silent Auction?
Yes, we are accepting donations of new, unused items through September 24th.  Click here to send us an email. 

  • How do I get my name on the Program?
We have a variety of sponsorship opportunities available. Please click here to view our sponsorship page. 
  • Do I have to have a Pay-Pal account to purchase tickets?
No. Though Pay-Pal is one option, you may also pay with a debit or credit card.

  • Are any groups or organizations offering discounted tickets?
No, though groups or organizations might purchase a table/sponsorship and offer their members discounts.

  • How much of my ticket price is tax-deductible?
Anything over the cost of the dinner would be tax-deductible. That price has not yet been determined, but generally the deductible amount has been about $20.   You will receive a tax receipt.
