Times/needs: 
10:00 - 11:30 am:  Set-up of Sweeney Hall
6:40 - 7:50 pm:      Servers for buffet line
8:00 - 9:30 pm:      Children's Wishing Well and Craft Table 
9:30 - 10:15 pm:    Clean-up and tear-down.
